HOW TO JOIN

Please provide all requested documentation and any and all fees (U.S. Dollars). Failure to provide the required information will result in forfieture of any and all fees, and your membership denied.

___ Lifetime Membership Certificate 8x10- $25 (does not include rank recognition)

___ Black Belt Recognition Certificate 11x17- $50

___ Lifetime Membership, Black Belt Certification, and Official IBBR Embroidered Black Belt - $150

___ Instructor's Certification 11x17- $50

___ Master's/Grandmaster's Diploma 11x17- $75 (must provide proof of 4th Degree or higher for Master and 7th Degree or higher and a student at 4th degree for Grandmaster)

___ International School Charter 8x10 - $50 initial ($50 Annual Renewal)

ALL CERTIFICATIONS ARE LIFETIME - NO ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUIRED.

(Except for School Charters)

To acquire a Link between IBBR and your website, IBBR requires your URL. Your name on the IBBR Roster will be set up as a Link to your web site.

Please provide the following on a separate sheet of paper:

Copies of all Black Belt Certifications
Your Martial Arts Resume & Bio
2 Passport sized photos of yourself (head & shoulders)
Appropriate Fees (if applicable) Plus $5.00 s/h
